A cancer survivor relates his own experiences with the disease in light of his attendance at the Sep 1995 Toronto, Ontario cancer fundraising event known as the Terry Fox Run. The annual event is named for Terry Fox, the heroic long-distance runner who died of cancer in June 1981.
