Ontario rejects pleas for major expansion of electricity price cap
Article Abstract:
John Baird, Canada's Energy Minister, said that the expansion of the frozen electricity price program would only apply to a small number of energy consumers. The program, which sets the electricity price at 4.3 cents per kilowatt-hour, will apply to 7,000 more electricity consumers in Ontario.
