Ottawa's ferry purchase hits rough political seas

The Canadian government soon may purchase a $70 million ferry from Sweden's Stena AB Group. The deal has been criticized by British Columbia ship broker Robert Ward who claims that he had been prepared to sell the government a ferry at half the price of the Stena vessel.
