Presidential libraries: The issues
Article Abstract:
Presidential libraries are a combination of archives and museums that preserve presidential papers for research and study. Critics complain that these libraries primarily serve to project bright images of ex-presidents rather than presenting unbiased factual information. A comprehensive discussion is presented on the U.S. President George W. Bush's plan to set up a library and museum in the Southern Methodist University (SMU) to recount his years in office.
