Report slams Montreal tech park

Groupe Axor Inc.'s plans for a tech park were dealt a blow by a new report from the Urban Development Institute of Quebec. The report, which was praised by Vancouver, BC-based Oxford Properties Group Inc., said the proposed $700 million tech park would have adverse consequences for Montreal's rental industry.
