Toronto, Ont.-based Second Cup Ltd.'s proposed acquistion by Toronto, Ont.-based Cara Operations Ltd. has been criticized by minority shareholders at Second Cup. The minority shareholders group has hired RBC Dominion Securities Inc. to seek a higher bid from white knight.

Street sees value in Cara stock
