Setback: NAFTA at risk

A US federal judge has ruled that NAFTA cannot be approved before an environmental impact statement is filed. Environmental groups such as the Sierra Club and Public Citizen filed the challenge to NAFTA. Canadian supporters of NAFTA are hoping the ruling will be overturned.
