As many as 200 people in the town had purchased the stock on the advisement of John Kutyn, a former credit union loans officer.

Young and dangerous: native gangs terrorize Winnipeg
Article Abstract:
An estimated 800 youths, most of whom are natives, belong to gangs in the north-central part of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The gangs are involved in crimes such as robbery, prostitution and murder. Poverty and hopelessness are the main reasons for the rise in gang activity among natives.
