TLC shares fall to 52-week low

Toronto, Ont.-based TLC Laser Eye Centers Inc., which offers laser vision correction surgery services, reported that its stock price declined to a 52-week low. TLC, which is led by president and chief executive officer Elias Vamvakas, charges $3,000 per eye for its Lasik procedure.
