New York, NY-based Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co., which is a leveraged buyout company, will sell a stake in Yellow Pages Group Co. KKR, which acquired Yellow Pages from BCE Inc., is planning to launch a $300 million initial public offering for the phone directories firm.
