Telework option boosts job satisfaction

Like teleworker Karen Doherty, 50% of Bel Canada's 40,000 employees work away from the company site part of the time. While this arrangement boosts job satisfaction on the part of the worker, survey shows that the saved commuting time does not result in increased productivity.
