The kids aren't alright
Article Abstract:
Children in contemporary society are faced with significant threats to their pyschological, physical and mental health. In Australia, psychologists are trying to treat children at risk for violence and depression as early as possible, heightening the visibility of AusEInet, an early intervention organization with 500 programs across the country. Clinical studies reveal an accumulation and patterning of risk factors is key in identifying children who may become violent and self-destructive.
