Many young professionals are abandoning the corporate race to give back something to the community, which has made them what they are and this is not just an eye-wash, but in most cases, it is a long-term commitment. Most of the professionals are well-to-do wizards in their field of work, but they find this experience very liberating and many are questioning the very basis of crass capitalism and consumerism.

A controversial proposal is suggested that the starting point for divorcing couples with children should be shared parenting. Further studies reveal that, in about 80 percent of divorces, children end up living with their mother and having contact with their father only every second weekend and for half the holidays.
