U.S. and Europe Move Closer To an Open-Skies Agreement

After a year of negotiations, the European Union and the United States have reached an agreement in principal, that would allow European airlines to leave from any European country en route to the United State. At the present time, European passenger and cargo airlines can only fly out of their own countries.
