Article Abstract:
An employee compensation and benefits program that addresses employee needs increases employee productivity. Excellent Electric, as a result, redesigned its compensation program to reverse its flagging productivity growth and employee job dissatisfaction. The new program has for its components a base salary, variable compensation and excellence awards.
