A competition in arrogance
Article Abstract:
The French government's decision to carry out the nuclear tests in the Pacific is a clear indication that France has no intention of following the Non-Proliferation Treaty recommendations. With the fall of the USSR,there is no longer any need for such defense weapons. Therefore, such weapons are dangerous subjects of an international competition for arrogance.
