Beyond "nonsense of stilts": Towards conceptual clarity and resolution of conflicting economic rights
Article Abstract:
The issues of the meaning of possession of a right to economic good are explored to demonstrate that greater conceptual clarity repudiates the arguments against the existence of economic rights. It also demonstrates how greater conceptual clarity can aid in dealing with complex policy issues involving competing rights claim.
