Brain skill management
Article Abstract:
Organizations often fail to utilize their capacity for intuitive, flexible and creative action, focusing instead on their logical, rational and organizing aspects. A process called Brain Skill Management (BSM) can be used to utilize these skills in organizational decision making. It is comprised of diagnostic testing, custom placement and training in brain skill development. With BSM, organizations can harness their intellectual potential in full when they are able to apply brain skills in various problem situations.

The dynamics of modernization and job satisfaction in the British National Health Service
Article Abstract:
The aim of the U.K. governmentEs process of modernization is to quality of the National Health Service (NHS), and the emphasis is on improving employee job satisfaction. A survey of two NHS hospitals revealed that employee perception of job satisfaction actually acts as a barrier to modernization, suggesting tension between the imperative of modernization and wish to improve job satisfaction.
