This article contains the text of a directive forbidding the religious sect practice of Falun Dafa, or Grand Doctrine of the Dharma Wheel, proposed by Li Hongzhi. The Central Committee's plan was to expose and castigate this movement as subversive.

The Central Commitee of the Communist Youth League issues notice stiuplating that Communist Youth League members are forbidden to practice Falun Dafa
Article Abstract:
Members of the Communist Youth League were, as of July 23, 1999, forbidden to engage in practices supported by Falun Gong. Small numbers of members had joined this sect, but must leave it to maintain the Youth League's purity.

Ministry of Personnel issues notice stipulating that state functionaries may not practice Falun Dafa
Article Abstract:
All government officials must oppose the fallacies of the Falun Dafa sect. Those who did so previous to July 23, 1999, must be brought back to correct thinking and behavior.
