On preambles: Constitutions do not need preambles
Article Abstract:
The necessity of a preamble for a constitution is questioned and it is revealed that the preamble is a limitation of the constitution of the People's Republic of China. It is noted that In 'A Complete Book of the World's Constitutions' 81 of the 110 countries whose constitutions are covered do not have a preamble.
