Principle compromise and the abortion controversy
Article Abstract:
The moral compromise in political life is only warranted for pragmatic reasons and it is enough that moral compromise is accepted as a necessity without it being revered as a virtue. If there is no principle reason to pursue a moral compromise on abortion, there are good grounds to believe that there is no principled reason to pursue a moral compromise on any political question.

Blackness and blood: interpreting, African American identity
Article Abstract:
The focus of this article is on the alleged incoherence of African American social identity.
