The status of the Uniform guidelines on Employee selection procedures
Article Abstract:
Analysis of the uniform guidelines on employee selection procedures is given. Taking into account the changes made by the Civil rights act of 1991, this article gives some suggestions on how personnel managers should handle and modify the uniform guidelines.
