Coping with the new 'clear and present danger' from Russia
Article Abstract:
The changing political scenario in Russia calls for greater internal security and care in dealing with nuclear weapons. The problem is connected with the country's socio-economic changes that have given greater opportunity to corrupt activities like black marketers. This makes for even greater concern about the control of arms in the country. A suggestion is that Russia take its weapons and place them out of use.
