Provisional measures for monitoring and assessing the distressed assets of commercial banks is presented. The measures shall be applicable to all levels of supervisory authorities of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) for their monitoring and assessing of the distressed assets of commercial banks and the affiliates thereof.
