A note on the robustness of a classical framing result
Article Abstract:
Tversky and Kahneman's study of framing effects on the choice between programs to combat an epidemic were evaluated. The questions were rephrased to clarify two potentially misleading aspects of the original questions. Results show smaller framing effects compared to the previous study conducted by Tversky and Kahneman. However, the results were still statistically significant and the size of the effects was not greatly affected by the alterations in wording.

Pay status hierarchy and organizational attachment
Article Abstract:
The influence of compensation and social status on employees' commitment to their organizations is studied. Results show that workers with little need for local status demonstrated higher commitment and lower propensity to leave despite their receipt of low pay. On the other hand, highly paid employees are more sensitive to status and demonstrate a higher propensity to leave and less commitment.
