Anger and gender effects in observed supervisor-subordinate dyadic interactions
Article Abstract:
Male supervisors who express their anger were rated lower than their female counterparts while subordinates who interact with angry supervisor and male supervisor are rated higher. The impact of supervisor gender on supervisory ratings reveal that female supervisors have higher ratings than male counterparts in terms of anger or gender of subordinate. However, this effect can only be applied in cases in which there are no differences in the behaviors of male and female supervisors.

Nonstrategic delay in bargaining: an experimental investigation
Article Abstract:
Delays between offers and counteroffers in bargaining situations stem from imperfect player control owing to nonstrategic reasons such as transactions, time and interruptions. These delays reduce the number of rounds of offers and counteroffers and, hence, affects negotiation outcome. Nonstrategic delays do not demonstrate first-mover advantage and negates the impact of deadlines and of negotiators' risk preference.
