Article Abstract:
The diagnostic agreement between clinicians and the diagnostic interview for children and adolescents (DICA-R) was explored in 137 outpatients. The diagnostic concordance between the clinicians and DICA-R with parents and children was found ranging from low to moderate in majority of the categories. Differences were observed between informant and quality of information. Structured interviews were recommended for research purposes.
