Guest editorial: how treatable are untreatable forensic psychiatric patients?
Article Abstract:
Factors other than the patient may account for the supposed untreatability of untreatable forensic psychiatric patients and these can include the therapist, the hispital staff, and even the cost-cutting measures of the government. Such patients deserve a second professional opinion.

Multisystemic therapy for antisocial juveniles: suggestions for improvement

The features of multisystemic therapy (MST), an intensive family-and community-based treatment developed in the late 1970s, are discussed. This treatment is developed to address the mental health needs of youth who were seriously antisocial.
