Interpersonal factors and personality disorders as discriminators between intra-familial and extra-familial child molesters
Article Abstract:
The results of research investigating the relation between interpersonal factors and personality disorders and intra-familial child molesters are presented. The results contribute to the explanation of deviant sexual conduct and to the development and differentiation of the treatment of child molesters.

An exploration of childhood victimization and family-of-origin characteristics of sexual offenders against children
Article Abstract:
The childhood victimization experiences and family-of-origin characteristics of 33 sexual offenders against children and many other offenders are compared and analyzed. Results on the intergenerational hypothesis and their relevance for treatment are discussed.

Nonsex offences committed by child molesters: findings from a logitudinal study
Article Abstract:
The criminal records of 30 child molesters, prior to and up to 10 years after an index event of sexual abuse are examined. The offending levels for nonsex offences, were significantly higher than the general adult male population.
