Physical violence and other forms of marital aggression: links with children's behavior problems
Article Abstract:
Marital violence, other than physical violence, such as verbal threats and hitting of objects, is significantly related to children's behavior problems. Children's externalizing behavior problems are evident in marital clinic samples. Both externalizing and internalizing behavior problems emerge in the women's shelter samples. Spousal violence other than physical violence contribute unique variance in children's behavior problems, after accounting for the frequency of physical marital violence in the samples.

Self-injurious thoughts and behaviors interview: Development, reliability, and validity in an adolescent sample
Article Abstract:
A study was carried out to develop a comprehensive measure of a wide range of Self-Injurious Thoughts and Behaviors Interview (SITBI) that could be easily used by researchers and clinicians. It was found that the SITBI uniformly and comprehensively assessed a range of self injury related constructs.
