Physicians and the Nazi Euthanasia program
Article Abstract:
A study was undertaken to ascertain the reasons for the practice of euthanasia during the Nazi regime. Results revealed that besides being race orientated, the main purpose was to eliminate the abnormal or deformed from society in an effort to keep the purity and superiority of the race besides using the funds for treatment for those with better chances of recovery.
