Preschoolers' strategic behavior and performance on a same-different task
Article Abstract:
The study of preschoolers' strategic behavior reveals that the process of strategy development is fairly complex. There is much diversity across trials in strategy production and strategy utilization among children. The behavior of children, which is contrary to typical models of skill development, suggests that there are much to learn regarding the development of strategic behavior during early childhood.
