Referral to group psychotherapy: a retrospective study on patients' personality features associated with clinicians' judgments
Article Abstract:
A study to examine personality features of patients associated with clinicians' judgments is conducted. Results suggest that patients' adult attachment style - level of confidence and level of hostility may have influenced clinicians' judgments about treatment referral.

Concurrent group and individual psychotherapy in a psychiatric day hospital for depressed elderly

The concurrent psychotherapy of older adults with depressive orders in a psychiatric day hospital is described. Further, the phases of treatment relevant to working with the depressed elderly patients are illustrated, with the help of case examples.

A study to examine the effectiveness of an integrated model of brief group psychotherapy for treatment of the fibromyalgia syndrome is conducted. Results confirm the effectiveness of the model in treatment of some patients.
