Situational factors affecting judgments of future performance
Article Abstract:
A study on the situational factors affecting judgments of future performance was conducted on 260 introductory psychology students. The factors involved were monetary reward, perceived internal control and public announcement of judgments of future performance, confidence, task persistence and performance. Results indicate high judgments in high levels of control and the presence of monetary reward. A 3 x 2 x 2 between subject factorial design was implemented.

Cueing and cognitive conflict in judge-advisor decision making
Article Abstract:
The success of group decision making may depend on the acquisition of roles within the groups into a judge and several advisors. The judge is found to be most effective when making independent decisions than when he needs to make choices without being informed and when relying on information from advisors. The judge was more confident of a decision if it was made before being given advice and was subsequently confirmed by additional information.

The impact of information disturbing, ownership, and discussion on group member judgment: The differential cue weighting model
Article Abstract:
A study on group decision-making revealed that groups tend to focus on information that members have in common before discussion, instead of exchanging members' unique information. Extending this study Differential Cue Weighting (DCW) was introduced which weighted on the cue's initial distribution. It was found that in DCW model, unique information could be influential as common information for individual judgment.
