Suicide among the young - the size of the problem
Article Abstract:
It is possible that official suicide statistics underestimate non-accidental self-injurious behaviour among children and teenagers. Research undertaken using statistics from the Inner North London Coroner's Office indicates that verdicts of death by misadventure or accidental death are generally returned in cases where there is not completely clear evidence for intentional self-injury, even if there is a suggestion of a possible motive. It appears that fatal non-accidental self-injury among young people is almost definitely much more common than is widely believed.

Religiosity and sexual risk-taking behavior during the transition to college
Article Abstract:
Students who profess religious beliefs and socialize within a religious community are less likely to initiate sexual activity in late adolescence. However, religious identification may not stop sexual risk taking among those who have already started sexual activity.
