A matter of degree
Article Abstract:
There has been considerable imbalance in the training and recruitment of graduate surveyors in the UK over recent years. Higher education institutions have been under pressure to make more places available, but this has happened at a time when the property industry has been in recession and has cut back on recruitment. Some observers have questioned the quality of surveying graduates, while others have questioned the selection processes used by employers. There are now signs of a greater balance in the system, but there is still considerable improvement to be made.
