Article Abstract:
Sarah Lamey of the Invest in East Sussex initiative suggests businesses will stay in East Sussex towns, England, if they have the right facitlites. She hopes the web site will increase interest from international firms but local agents point out international firms are disinterested in the area. Some observers have suggested towns on the south coast will provide suitable accommodation for call centres. Others point out developers are considering new developments as there is a lack of industrial buildings although a 140,000 sq ft industrial and office site is being developed on the A22.
