HBH seeks new man for board as non-exec quits
Article Abstract:
Richard Westcott has left the board of Herring Baker Harris (HBH), a UK real estate company. The company is seeking a replacement for Westcott with a background in finance. Westcott had over 20 years experience in banking when he joined HBH. Westcott's departure is not due to clashes over management styles, according to Nick Owen, chairman of HBH, but due to Westcott's desires to pursue other interests. Westcott is also a director at Fairview New Homes.
