Ford Motor Land Services adopted a seamless service delivery system in an attempt to enhance customer satisfaction and expand its marketing scope globally. Part of this reengineering initiative is the formation of a strategic partnership with Alliance 2000, which eventually resulted in 25% cycle time reduction and 51% customer satisfaction increase. The new service delivery scheme, based on proactive operations management, yielded promising results and earned the company the Best Practice Award for service delivery category.
