Johnson Controls established an Integrated Facility Management National Call Center in Alpharetta, GA, to better respond to customers' needs. The center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide decision support services to clients. It also features call center telephony, work process management and Internet-based reporting capabilities. Johnson Controls manages about 100,000 facilities for 850 clients and offers services such as high-tech facility operations, project management and technology integration.
