Combined harvest
Article Abstract:
Local agents are mostly unconcerned the new Riverside development on the outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk, England, will affect trade in the town centre. Demand for retail outlets in some areas of the city are high. A possible retail and leisure development at St Anne's Wharf in Norwich city centre may be linked by a walk way to the Riverside site. The Riverside development is already under construction and will include residential, retail units and a multiplex. The cinema at the Prince of Wales Road may be adversely affected if two new multiplexes are built.
