Article Abstract:

At a meeting of property professionals in Essex, England, several issues were discussed including transportation, employment and Stansted Airport. The group of building developers, solicitors and property agents debated how transportation in the county needed to be improved to encourage further development particularly for the distribution industry. They felt the limited number of passengers using Stansted Airport tended to discourage development in the nearby area. Employment levels were high in Essex which they felt had an impact on new businesses intending to move into the county.
