Article Abstract:
A huge leisure development may be built in Crawley, England, comprising of a range of facilities including a multiplex cinema, bowling centre, health and fitness centre, nightclub, family entertainment centre and restaurants. The development, proposed by Frogmore Estates and Crawley borough council, is viewed very positively within the town. Other retail and leisure developments are showing signs of increased activity.

Central England is now starting to reap the economic benefits of the M40 motorway, and the M40 corridor is now been seen as an important arterial route. The impact of the M40 was slow to be felt since the UK fell into recession after the motorway was opening. Now however, firms are increasingly choosing to relocate to the area to take advantage of its central position and good communications.
