Mixed views are being expressed about a possible rise in affordable housing quotas in London, England. The House Builders' Federation believes that the 50% target is unsustainable and could actually lead to a decline in all forms of new housing. This view is not shared by Neil Coleman, housing adviser to Mayor Ken Livingstone.
