Mexico's comeback
Article Abstract:
Mexico's economy is steadily recovering from the recession and has high hopes of attaining a strong and sustained economic growth in 1996. The Mexican peso has been strengthening and has contributed to the decrease in interest rates and inflation rates. Mexico's trade surplus has continued to increase and foreign investments have started to pour in. Exports have contributed largely to the economy, and both government and industry are working with the international bond markets.

The environment site assessment and what it can accomplish
Article Abstract:
The Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was created due to the innocent landowner defense provided in the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986. ESA consists of reviewing the property for environmental risks, permit requirements, building inspections, financial audits and other inspections. It should be done properly by competent professionals to address the probabilities of environmental law liabilities.
