Residential real estate agents and brokers should take the opportunity to market to minorities because of the latter's improving economic status. Statistics show that both the average family income of minorities and the number of immigrant homeowners are growing at a rapid pace. These trends should encourage real estate brokers to develop house selling strategies that target minority groups.
