Article Abstract:

However, it currently has mainly secondhand offices, and this is proving an obstacle to attracting new occupiers. It is hoped that the recently launched 'Locate in Birmingham' initiative will attract tenants, emphasising the city's Full Development Area Status and its convenient location.
