Article Abstract:
The inflow of money into the UK commercial property market in 1999 is unlikely to be as large in 1999 as in 1998, when the market attracted 14 billion pounds sterling of new money, according to the 'Money into Property' annual survey from DTZ. The commercial property market is forecast to attract 12 billion pounds sterling of new money in 1999, with lenders having become more cautious about development, especially speculative schemes.
