Article Abstract:
Market forces have caused the proliferation of sale/lease-back transactions or acquisition of a net leased property. The issues in these transaction are fewer than those attendant multi-tenanted, operating property, and parties are advised to carefully examine their contracts in the light of their objectives and priorities.
