Six one
Article Abstract:
Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire, England, is made up of six towns. Local agents point out the closure of the coal mines has allowed other industries to develop on the vacant land. The market for industrial space is buoyant particularly for sites around 5,000-15,000 sq ft. The demand for office space is slow, with the lack of parking facilities in the city making development outside town, such as The Trentham Lakes development, more popular with occupiers. Hanley retail market is undergoing some redevelopment, with a few large companies looking for outlets in the city.
